Obama Calls on FTC to Investigate Impact of BP Pipeline Closure on Consumers | U.S. Senator Barack Obama.

This article has been uncovered regarding then Sen. Obama’s concerned about BP pipeline being shut down because of the costs to the American consumer and the increase in gasoline prices.

How could he be concerned back when the BP pipeline was being shutdown, but now he isn’t the least bit concerned about the Keystone pipeline, which would make available oil to help bring down prices as well as increase jobs for American citizens?  I believe what we have here is someone who is trying top politicize the situation.

It becomes obvious that Obama knows that this is not a good decision for the United States to have the Keystone pipeline stopped. In fact we need the oil and the promise of that oil to lower the gas prices now to help stop the speculators from causing the prices to rise.  Additionally, it has the capability to provide jobs – many think as many as 20,000 jobs in construction and related industries by building the pipeline here in the USA.

This seems to be a man bent on bringing down America in his attempt to “fundamentally transform the United States.” it seems that he plans to break the power of America so he can increase the power and control of the government.

Be sure to read this article from 2006.
